The chair allowed the ruckus to continue out of control.
Pulling: Michelle Pennie was grabbing the microphone from Paul Voisin while he was on the floor;
Dawn Washington joined the microphone pulling “tug- of –war”.
Chairman did not exercise control of the meeting. No comment!
The Ephraim Serrette’s Phantom appearance to signature the Adoption Document of the NAAA was not on the recorded minutes presented.
From the US election folio, if authorities doesn't have to produce Emails, why should Allan Baboolal secretary of the NAAA produce the full Minutes of the 22ndOctober 2016? Is this an emulators’ conspiracy?
Voter fraud! Serious voter fraud in Virginia, New Hampshire and California generated a motive for a re-count. This constitutionally would not alter “the price of tea in China!” if not guilt-ridden; the NAAA deserved this opportunity to dispute.
So why isn't the media reporting on this issue?

The issue of phantom clubs participation in the elections created a victory gallop for Ephraim Serrette’s NAAA slate.
Would they have won easily and convincingly as they did if the smaller clubs were allowed to take part and not subjected to harassment! Questionable!
It would have been difficult for the Ephraim Serrette Slate to win the so-called popular vote if intimidation of smaller clubs had not occurred and delegates privilege of the opposition denied an appearance at the AGM on the 26th October 12016.
The phantom clubs delegates who voted illegally are now engaged with the consequences of troubled consciences. So what! This is a national phenomenon!
The illusion is that in spite of the immovability of the Ephriam Serrette’s slate. In spite of the years of vacuum, in spite of the incarceration of the Jamaica report: “the way 2009”, despite the pellucidity and perceived good governance of the NAAA .
The clubs remain loyal and mummified by the “sheriff of Nottingham”. They were bought; consequently the action unlocked the Point Fortin highway to perpetuate the NAAA’S confidence game.
This act mitigated another opportunity for the NAAA to capitalize on the new payday initiative for each executive member to earn a service stipend for on the job performance with sponsorship money. This will happen without negative consequences, accountability or guarantee of performance result!
This activity poses a direct compromising threat to the development of athletics in T&T. The clubs have voted out of greed, intimidated loyalty and more noticeably for want of a favor, a trip, a token of appreciation, recommendation for IAAAF coaching course. They silently but not reluctantly accepted the yoked results and look the other way to the future with great anticipation of incentives.
The secretary Mr. Allan Baboolal is leaving a paid position of $12000 per month for the position of vice president at an undisclosed amount of money. This is a Red flag of concern!
The re-elected President Ephriam Serrette is proposing to restructure the constitution with undisclosed intent to control without censorship of Donated monies from sponsors, the Sports Company and the public to unknown pockets of labor.
Hillary's response: "That is horrifying. That is not the way our Republic, Democracy works. It has been around since 1962. 54 years! We've had intelligently rigged elections over the years!
What happens beyond Rio 2016? We will, together, make T&T track & field great again! Check the 2016 T&F results: CARIFTA Games, Junior World Games, and Rio 2016 to mention a few meets. T&T Track & Field is at an all-time low. It is now on a layaway plan. There is no feeder system in place!
T&T will be non- competitive 2017-2024. The Galileo plan 10/24 is a fantasy hallucination!
Let us give thanks for all that we have, and let us boldly face the exciting new frontiers of “the gold mines” that lie ahead. Negotiations with Puma and Nike is on the burner.

Who are the auditors of the NAAA? Boasting of his experience as an auditor President Ephraim Serrette is called to respond to the following: They could not be address at the 2016 AGM because the “celebrated Gold medalist” told the delegate who posed the question to “sit down and shut up!” The ignorant behavior of a sports ambassador who lacks protocol etiquette.
Why was there a veil of secrecy regarding the Adidas contract? Why it was not circulated to all members of the Executive and further ventilated to the General Council? Why since 2013 the annual financial statements did not include details of expenditure re the Adidas income? Where are these funds held? Which bank and what is the account number? The athletic fraternity wants to know. Why has the Treasurer not acted in accordance with the constitution the supreme law of the association? Why has the Treasurer not presented monthly financial statements to the Executive? Why has quarterly statements not been presented to the General Council? This is a major breach of the Constitution and as a consequence requires the immediate resignation of the Treasurer. Why financial statements are not circulated at least one week prior to AGM ? Who are the auditors of the NAAA? It was said that the NAAA is a fraternity. Is another FIFA developing? The president boasts of 19 years’ experience as an auditor, it appears that it is 1 year experience 19 times.
