THE RIO MATRIX

THE RIO MATRIX
THE TRINIDAD & TOBAGO OLYMPIC TEAM FOR RIO HAS ALREADY BEEN SELECTED.
There is a lot of dead wood on it.
There are competitors on the team who have not met the Olympic qualifying standards “a” / “b”.
There is injured athletes s who will report for duty.
The TTO Olympic team has been selected.
The executives are under a vow of secrecy.
Any whistle blower found guilty will be dealt with accordingly.
What is the competitor’s position?
There is no known Olympic trials held in T&T. however, the athlete must be present to compete at the national championships.  Strong-armed!
The national championship is not a trial. However, foreign nationals are allowed to compete seeking standards to represent their country.
The other intriguing part of the continuing saga has revealed that even if you place in the first 4. You are not guaranteed a spot on the relay team or allowed an opportunity to compete in the corresponding individual events.  Is this not a trial?
If an athlete speaks about these atrocities he/she will be black listed. They will not be permitted to compete.  (Machiavellianism)
NSO are a family /boys & girls club affair! (Discrimination)
You do not mess with family business!  (Predilection)
You can’t penetrate the discriminating boys/girls club. They conduct the show. (Puritanical)
The United States ,Canada ,Jamaica, Australia ,Great Britain and most country  select athletes based on the result of their  2016  Olympic Trials. They also have a policy of entering every athlete so qualified.
In more progressive states here is how athletes will qualify for RIO 2016 in track and field.
It is a now-or-never pressure cooker event called the Olympic trials. (OT)
For Canada’s elite track and field athletes, the road to RIO goes through Edmonton. (OT)
For the USA it is Eugene, Oregon, (OT)
For Jamaica it is Kingston, (OT)
Before this actually happens, you’ll have to prove you‘ve got what it takes to compete against the best the world has to offer. Achieve the IAAF/Olympic standards
This is the millennium era, Trinidad & Tobago sports administration are all operating in the Puritan age. (The Scarlet Letter)
TTO where is your Olympic   trial to assure athletes of due process opportunity to represent TTO without partisan interference?
“Yet in that very question lies the significance of this saga, which interrogates the conflict between individual impulses and systematized social codes.”
The April 2016 IAAF approved standards athletes must achieved to compete in Rio.
